Please let me know what improvements you'd like to see on FyodorDostoevsky.com - what could make it better, etc.

I'll take each comment into consideration and will implement them if it does indeed improve the website.

I noticed that in the "literary works" section that you only have the e-text to a few of Dostoyevsky's works. I don't know why this is, but I would love to have easy access to more of his works.
If there is anything I can do to help with this let me know. Smiley

Yeah, I wish there were more E-texts out there of Dostoevsky's works.  Those were the only ones I could find, unfortunately.

If you find any others out there (or want to type up one yourself!  Wink ), let me know.

I have the Complete Works of Dostoyevsky at my house (well, apartment). Tell me which one you would like typed up and I'd be happy to work on it every chance I get.  Smiley

Dude, that is a monumental chore!  There would also need to be extensive spell checking in your work, too.  Are you sure you'd want to do this?

There are more works available in English at Blackmask at least:

http://www.blackmask.com/page.php?do=page&cat_id=26

I noticed the following missing:

A Raw Youth (Adolescent)
Bobok
The Gambler
The Little Orphan
The Possessed (Devils, Demons)

It is a shame that there aren't more of Dostoevsky's works available in English online.

Maybe if someone has some pre-1923 copies of the missing texts, we could scan them and OCR them for Project Gutenberg?

Most of them are available in Russian:

I'm sure that all of Fyo's works are online, and in English, just they're not in the same place. The problem is just finding them all.

All the post-Siberia, long novels are available, but some overlooked but interesting ones aren't, such as "The Village of Stepanchikovo" and "Netochka Nezvanovna".

The University library here has those two in a 1920 edition, but I wouldn't want to destroy their copy.

None of the non-fiction in translation will be in the public domain for quite some time.

The new Etexts are now up on the Literary Works page.  Thanks, Golyadkin!  Grin

Also, a few new essays have been posted in the Essays section (near the bottom)

I mentioned this in another post but I thought I would mention it again.

I'm not even sure if this is possible but it is worth asking.

Can we have it so it is possible to have Russian characters on these forums?  I think it would greatly help in our understanding of Dostoevsky and his works!
