This board is for people that want to discuss things unrelated to Dostoevsky with other members on this board (books, movies, sports, politics, etc.).

Okay, how about what is your favorite non-Dostoyevsky book?  Mine is "Watership Down" by Richard Adams. Cool

For me, it would have to be 'The Screwtape Letters' by C.S. Lewis followed closely by 'Patrick' and 'Byzantium' both by the great Stephen Lawhead.

I like both Catch-22 by Joseph Heller, and the short story "The Nose" by Nikolai Vasilievich Gogol. Smiley

What about your favorite movies?
Mine is Casablanca. Humphrey Bogart, black-and-white, a true classic.

Braveheart IS just a damn good movie.

More favorite movies:
Joan of Arc, Fight Club (yeah, baby), Finding Nemo, Scary Movie 3, Lord of the Rings trilogy.. many more ..

Two stars!  Woohoo!  I'm like a general now, or something.

Don't get cocky. Note the number of stars under my name and Fyodor's name.
