Seeking help with a translation

I understand that this is a Dostoevsky forum, but I have a question about Dombrovskii and there doesn't seem to be a forum about him anywhere I have found online.  I am researching twentieth century dystopias and through reading about Zamyatin's "We" came across a reference to a Dombrovskii a novel "The Faculty of Unnecessary Things"  I search for this novel and find nothing.  However, I have come across a title by Dombrovskii "The Faculty of Useless Knowledge"  I have no understanding of the Russian language and wonder if perhaps these two titles are simply variation translations of the same work.  Can anyone help me?

I've heard about only one Dombrovskiy's work named "Faculty of..." and the second translation seems to be incorrect.
