I voted for Crime & Punishment because, many years ago, it was the novel that introduced me to the works of Dostoyevsky. It was a close call between that & TBK though. I believe The Idiot was Dostoyevsky's personal favourite of his own works. At the moment I am reading The House of the Dead (translated by David McDuff).

I think there may be something wrong with how I'm seeing the poll?  All the first letters in the first words of the book titles are missing when I look at them. Is anyone else having this issue?

That's okay though; it didn't making voting challenging.  TBK, of course, not a question.  (I wasn't too surprised to find that TBK is currently in the lead!)

Hi coweb,

I fixed the issue.  Weird!  I think that happened in the upgrade somehow.

I admit I'm having a tough time allowing your signature as it is clearly there for SEO purposes.  I run a competing web design business in Denver, too, so you can understand my dilemma...just as long as you keep posting here and are involved with discussion.  Smiley  I've had to ban hundreds of users here because they register, stuff their signature with keywords and links to their website, make one or two posts and then move to the next forum on another site for the sake of search engine rankings and link points.  You're not doing that, are you?  Wink

coweb, I've edited your signature since you haven't responded after a week and a half.  It's pretty clear to me that your intent here is for SEO marketing of your website and not actually discussing Dostoevsky on this forum.
