I sit corrected. Henry Krinkle (not Harvey) of Hopper
avenue is the name Travis Bickle gives to ths secret
service man guarding Charles Palantine.

I wish we were having a more edifying conversation,
there's no wisdom here, or even the most abstruse
connection to Dostoevsky.It's just an incident from
the film TAXIDRIVER where Travis Bickle the (anti)hero
gives a false name off the top of his head and it's
Henry Krinkle.
I can see your confusion: you were expecting something remotely interesting or entertaining.
While you're here though I've spent quite a few idle
moments thinking about your Borscht. It sounded
delicious. Was it inspired by one of the banquets in
Lermontov?
