Interviews with people, the recent one that I liked was the one about famous Russian princes, lords etc. and their role in Russian history. Her brother 'owns' the museum of Tolstoy.

... and can you also tell me how many of the Tolstoys actually stepped in his footsteps, and became writers themselves?  I don't hear anything about that, so i guess none of them tried it.  Smiley

In his biography of Dostoevsky, I think Frank accuses Lyubov of being a disturbed woman.

I am not sure but I heard one of Dostoevsky's descendants say that Lyubov tried writing but gave up beacuse she understood that she could never write like her father did.

Could you cite those quotes of Frank, Suvorov, plz.. or are they too long?..

Valeria, did Lyubov actually write a book, or did she only gave it a try?

She might have written memoirs, I am not sure though.I read some of her commentaries about the TBK, where she said that all of the descriptions of the city are actually descriptions of Staraya Russa.I watched some TV programm, where a descendant of Dostoevsky said that Lubov tried writing but gave up.

A descendant of Pushkin, callled Alexandr Pushkin and his wife got  Russian citizenship last year.Unfortunatelly, there were no photos, just an article.Oh and descendants of Pushkin always avoid meeting descendants of D'Anthes, the officer that killed Pushkin.

Voila-new information!
There is only one great-grandson of Dostoevsky-Dmitriy Andreevich Dostoevsky. Now is the consultant in Dostoevsky's museum in Petersburg.Dostoevsky's son,Fyodor  was the only child of Dostoevsky that had children(2 of Dosotevsky's children died when they were young and Lubov<Dosotevsky's daughter left Russia in 1913 and never had children).
Andrey Dostoevsky,Dosotevsky's grandson wrote short stories, only under another name, which suggests that he wanted to publish them(theye were found after his death).

thx~do you have complete biographies of all the children of Dostoevsky, and of their children?  I'd like to form a picture of the branchlets of the family tree that come after the Fyodor Dostoevsky limb.
